Partnership

🤝 We're Partners in Your Child's Journey

Open Communication Matters

At Heart at the Door Daycare, we believe that communication between families and staff is vital for a successful daycare experience. We welcome open conversations about any concerns or questions that may arise, and we encourage all feedback oriented towards a positive outcome for the children.

Our educators provide daily updates and learning stories to parents about their child's day, sharing highlights and observations. Parents are regularly invited to participate in the program as observers, volunteers, or contributors to learning activities.

We respect families as the first teachers of their children, honoring their values and beliefs in daily interactions. Sensitive issues will be discussed in private, outside of regular child care hours, either by telephone or in a meeting without children in attendance.

We use multiple channels to communicate with families, including newsletters, emails, text, and face-to-face interactions. We encourage parents to provide feedback and participate in the program evaluation process. Together, we create a supportive, collaborative environment where every child can thrive.
