Full-Time & Flexible Options
Full-time enrollment is preferred to support consistency and continuity within our classroom. We understand that every family's needs are different, and we will accommodate part-time schedules when possible, including pairing families to cover the remaining days.
Rates & Payment Schedule
Daily fee: $22.00 under the CWELCC program. Tuition is billed bi-monthly and is payable on the 1st and 15th of each month:
• 1st: Covers the 1st–14th
• 15th: Covers the 15th–end of the month
Catered Meals & Snacks
We provide two nutritious snacks and lunch each day. Lunch is professionally catered by Wholesome Kids Catering (wholesomekids.ca) and is planned to support the nutritional needs of growing children.
Hours of Operation
Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Our hours are strictly enforced to support staff schedules and ensure appropriate staffing throughout the day. Late pick-up fees apply to children picked up after 5:30 PM.
Scheduled Centre Closures
Heart at the Door Daycare Inc. is closed on statutory holidays, two Professional Development (PD) days each year, and for one week during the final week of July.
